What tooth replacement options do I have ?
Depending on how many teeth you are missing, we offer a wide range of Zirconia and Titanium implant solutions to fit your needs.
Implant dentistry gives us the ability to replace missing teeth while maintaining the structure and integrity of the jaw bone. The big problem with dentures and traditional bridges is that they do not prevent the jaw bone from resorbing, which eventually leads to further tooth loss. Our All-On-4 procedure in Sterling Heights and Madison Heights allows us to replace an entire upper and lower row of teeth with permanent, natural-looking, screw retained teeth in the same day.
Implant Full Mouth Reconstruction
We offer 4 different types of implant supported prosthesis, each a custom solution that best fits your needs.
Zirconia Hybrid
Strong, metal free restoration that looks just like natural teeth. A fixed non-removable option
Hybrid Bar
Titanium Bar substructure with an acrylic denture that looks natural and is an excellent fixed non-removable option.
PMMA Hybrid
The economical fixed option that looks great and is comfortable and non-removable.
Overdenture
The most economical option that is removable but still maintains great stability and hygiene.
What type of technology is used during my surgery?
We leverage the latest technology to make your surgery more predictable, accurate, and minimally invasive.
CBCT 3D X Ray
Invisalign treatment uses a series of clear aligners that move your teeth in the ideal position.
3D printing
There are no metal brackets to irritate your gums and lips. The Invisalign aligners are custom trimmed to your gum line.
Intraoral Scanning
Invisalign clear aligners make it easier to maintain oral health during teeth straightening treatment. Simply remove your aligners and brush/floss normally.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Below are some of the most common questions we recieve about dental surgery.
How many implants do I need?
If we are replacing a full arch of missing teeth, we recommend a minimum of 6 implants on the upper jaw and at least 4 implants on the lower jaw.
Can I be sedated for my surgery?
We offer Oral Conscious Sedation for our patients undergoing implant surgery, ask us about it at your next appointment.
Will my teeth look natural?
Technology allows us to make your teeth look more natural in fewer visits than ever before.
What is the best way of taking care of and maintaining my dental implants?
Although you cannot get cavities on implants, you can get bone loss. It is important you use your water pik around your dental implants and come in for regular dental cleanings.
Do Implants hurt?
This is the most common question we get. Dental implant surgery does not hurt, we use local anesthesia to make sure you are numb and comfortable. Most patients describe implant placement as a “pressure” like feeling, not pain.
