What should I expect at my first visit at Byond Dental?
Your first visit includes a thorough exam, 3D imaging and digital scans, and an unhurried conversation with Dr. Hatzis about your health history and goals. You’ll leave with a clear picture of your oral health and a personalized plan, with no pressure to start treatment that day.
Do you see children and families?
Yes, many families see us together. We welcome children who are comfortable sitting in the dental chair, and we evaluate each child case by case. Because we’re not a pediatric dental office, we may refer younger children, or children who need more specialized care, to a pediatric dentist we trust. - Biocompatible materials: we choose metal-free materials and avoid unnecessary toxins.
- Prevention first: we catch small problems early, before they need bigger treatment.
Dr. Christofer Hatzis takes the time to understand your health history and goals, explains every option clearly, and never rushes you into treatment. The result is dentistry that looks natural, lasts, and supports how you feel overall.
Do you take insurance?
We’re in network with select Delta Dental PPO and Medicare Advantage dental plans. Coverage varies by plan, so call us to verify your benefits before your visit: Sterling Heights (586) 264-2000 or Madison Heights (248) 548-8787.
For all other dental insurance, we’re an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice. That lets us spend more time with you and choose the best materials, without insurance companies dictating your care. Many PPO plans still reimburse part of out-of-network treatment, and we’ll provide the paperwork you need to submit your claim. Financing through Cherry is also available.
